Real Estate Services

TBS has a full-time Real Estate Department that assists our members in all aspects of a real estate transaction. Access to Real Estate services will require a yearly $250 administrative fee depending upon your type of need.

• Research demographics for different locations in your market
• Obtain traffic reports pertaining to road construction and/or repairs
• Renegotiate rental & leasing agreements
• Negotiate terms and conditions for building or land purchases
• Find a “turn-key” builder and negotiate the construction contract
• Negotiate all aspects of build-out requirements
